So great news…apparently i am in the 200 teens…so i went to tbe doc yesterday to get my scrip refill and i didnt want to do the whole triage deal…but i did…so i got on their scale it said…226…so the student went to write it down and said wow good job!
I was like what…
You lost 12 lbs…in a month he said…
Well how much did i weigh?
238…
so i know their scale is always off and i was waring my coat this time and keys and everything in my pocket…the last time i know i wore a t shirt and a light sweat pants on the first of april…so i was like hmmm…
So that was motivating and all the stuff i was doing yesterday…made me even more determi ed to get gym in
So here comes 11 pm…made it in my gym…turnt tbe sound on
Nothing…
So i went chasing that ordeal for over and hr to come to the conclusion that the one set i could lead the sound audio out from like i did before into the receiver is all the way now mounted across the room…the other two closer set…one only has optical out for audio and the other…the original remote is missing to change from tv speakers to external speakers
So there…@phd proven to be dead on…i always knew i have too many distractions and i will get redirected in a hot minute.



So to touch on that very thing that happened last night actually




Now the weight thing …
So i decided to get on the scale and it was steady at 218.2. …this means the over a week if solid training i missed i would say i gained about 3 to 4 lbs back …while the finally solidly below 220 is great…very bad that i slipped up and gaine back lbs…but this is great cus i will not want to get back over 220 so now i will be more determined…things are moving in the right direction still
