What about women? I’ve heard of a lot of women being on TRT and having troubles with elevated DHT conversion and hair thinning/loss. They can’t take finasteride though so what are they using? I’d assume that what they are using could also work for males and may not have the libido and ED sides. Just a thought.

Guys i have no issue with libido . I use the finasteride on cycle when the test levels elevate . I only have the thinning issue on heavy dht and elevated estrogen. If youre proned to hair loss then you need accept the razor fellas. I love being JACKED a hell of alot more than my hair . Thats just my opinion

My insurance pays for finasteride. Personally brother in my opinion of course, fuck the hair and get jacked. The main reason I use finasteride is for the dht balance . Its the only thing thats worked for me. And my hair is thicker for the plus side.

Just read a good article on Nizoral shampoo and it’s effects on DHT at the scalp. Not sure how well it works but its worth a read I suppose.

Yea the Nizoral has ketoconazole, I think that’s is what you need in it, I am using something similar, u can get a prescription strength one or they sell shampoos OTC that have it but not as strong.

My hair started thinning this past year forcing me to cut my beautiful long hair off . My dr got me on finasteride and my hair has grown back thicker. I take half of a 5mg tab every morning
