Reminds of when me and wife went to PV mexico, buffet at resort was stellar, hey bro had a question are pharmacyes same as mexico? Meaning you can walk in and buy anithing? Id immagine so, im not sayng to take it with you, airports and gear dont go together, just is it as easy as mexico to walk in the pharmacy?

Yes. You can pretty much biuy anything at the Pharmacy. It’s cheap. Lots of counterfeits so I’m told as well.
