So i just turned 32. Im on trt from running cycles before and really fucked up my levels. I was at a 90 testosterone level and got on trt at 28. My goal is to get in better shape than before. I had shoulder problems and prevented me from doing alot of things but seems like its not as bad now and first step is, hitting the gym Monday and starting fresh again. I got married young at 21 had kids and stopped everything now I want to do it for me again and for my son thats 9. Thanks guys
