My hams are
Good but Dan it’s hard to add size to quads for me. Then again this hypertrophy block didn’t go as planned didn’t really get to grow before far shedding so here we are
 
I know you’re an active competitor and are coached so it probably wouldn’t be appropriate to post your leg training protocol but is there a chance you could give a general overview of what you do?

Frequency…go to big movements etc…
 
Hey bro. I train every body part twice a week. Even though john meadows has passed I still do his programs. John had a coach under him for many years that is now taking over my workouts. He picks a Mountian dog training program for me to use then he customizes the pump day workouts to address lagging parts I need to bring up.

I’m currently doing Ares program. It’s an old unreleased program. John didn’t release it due to how challenging it is. I love it.

So if you want to know my training routines it’s always a Mountian dog program for base days.
