I know you’re an active competitor and are coached so it probably wouldn’t be appropriate to post your leg training protocol but is there a chance you could give a general overview of what you do?
Hey bro. I train every body part twice a week. Even though john meadows has passed I still do his programs. John had a coach under him for many years that is now taking over my workouts. He picks a Mountian dog training program for me to use then he customizes the pump day workouts to address lagging parts I need to bring up.
I’m currently doing Ares program. It’s an old unreleased program. John didn’t release it due to how challenging it is. I love it.
So if you want to know my training routines it’s always a Mountian dog program for base days.
