I was wondering if anyone had experienced using hgh for recovery on injured or torn tendons. I’ve seen studies that said it helps and I know the pros in sports use them, but idk to what extent. I have a buddy I work out with that suffered a lvl 3 ac separation at work. He wants to try to get back as fast as he can. He starts pt this week but surgery may be necessary if tendons don’t reattach. Any insight would be awesome. He plans to discuss with his doctor as well.

I felt I got the best results for quickly healing muscles, ligaments, and tendons from using the peptide: BPC-157. I would inject 250-500mcg locally as close to the wound site as possible with a 29 gauge 1/2” insulin syringe everyday until it felt good again. HGH works too but this peptide worked faster than anything else I tried.

His collar bones detached but he has it slinger up to his head to help the tendons reattach. I’ve heard this to about bpc 157 may be a better option. He just don’t want bolts being put in.

If the tendons are infact complelty separated surgery will be necessary. Tendons are like threads, ones they are torn they need to be sown back together. That said GH and other peptides do have some good science behind them. They can certainly help in the healing process.

Well they said they wanted to do pt first so I guess that means there not completely torn, but I thought they were they said it may work but if not surgery is the only option.

I suggested that but workers comp has him locked in with them. I think its cheapest bidder shit. He should threaten to sue, but then again may be no grounds. He wanted surgery so he’d already be recovering.
