How Bad....lol

Too me, OCD, my diet is perfect.

Water, chicken.and rice, protein shakes and yogurt. Not worried about scurvy just yet. Is it bad to be so finite? I aim for.the same thing everyday, same time same macros. Supplement like hell but still not whole food.
 
OCD. Pineapple and grapes here and there. Salad, yikes on a cheat day. Vinegar and oil. Not hungry. I enjoy fruits and vegetables. Getting really myopic this close to one goal
 
I went thru phases. same diet daily for months. then would change up and do same thing daily for months again. never had issues. I liked the order in life. same drink at same time. same time in gym. out in showers at same time. Off to class etc. if your body tells you something needs to change then change it.

Personally I think adding more variety in the regimen will be beneficial. Multiple carb sources. (Oats, rice, sourdough) veggies with every meal. (Fiber is important) 100-200g of fruit with every meal. (Micro nutrients are important). That’s just my 0.02.

I agree. Everything I eat is dead or inorganic to begin with. Throwing in fruit, found a legumes bread to smear peanut butter on. Oats are just not me.l though. Really, just sort of lazy with prep.
