I did that movement today with the partials and super set it with the upper movement after the lower… Definitely felt some different good tears today. Also Incorporated some little teacup movements doing regular side laterals…
Man my shoulder day is basically regular side raises then followed by the heavy light as then pressing movements followed by chest supported side raise with pause at top. Gets the pump going and just when they side delt thinks it’s done its job boom back for more
I do like me a good press movement and those heavy partials you told me about. I skipped fronts and rears. I get a wicked rear delt burn on back day now since I changed up my momentum. And I believe about a year ago you said I have big fronts. ( Yes I remember that) So I’m going to concentrate on sides for the time being. Last week I tried @TG superset, Tried yours this week. Will do both exercises next week… :crazy_face:
