I think you def can. 100%. But it’s up to you. 80% your diet & the rest your discipline & work ethic. I don’t know your structural makeup or genetics, but hard work & discipline has beat out genetics on more than one occasion. But don’t listen to me, listen to people who say you prob can’t. That’s your vehicle & drive that shit till the wheels fall off then your in a Austin Martin.
 
Good motivation. I am in the gym now and was thinking the same thing. Use it for motivation. Wherever I end up I’m good with if I try my best. And as far as following a routine this @121king has his shit dialed in obviously. Discipline is the hardest part for me. With a wife and five kids you can imagine the food types that surround me all the time lmao.
 
Oh yeah man I bet that’s got to make things much more difficult. I have a 3yo son I have joint custody with & share him with his mom week on week off, & dude doesn’t want to eat salmon, or chicken & rice 3x day everyday…so cooking him his creamy Mac & cheese or pizza bites it’s hard to see that delicious food in my house every other week & not eat it with him.
 
Ya. Wife made pancakes for breakfast today. I drank a carton of egg whites. But I did pinch a piece of pancake lmao
 
My breakfast waffle is about to be off the menu now that I’m cutting or I May keep it for some carbs but no syrup. It’s basically on plate to mop up eggs anyways
