God no sorry needed lol were glad to have you just curious whats your experience with compounds?
I was wondering what you were thinking about doing in the future possibly cycle plans?
 
No experience yet. Still new and researching, thinking about running a low dose of var next time I bulk (probably in the fall) to try things out like 10mg split 2x day for 6-8weeks, then run some bloodwork before and after to see how everything went. I’m just sick of the slow progress and gaining more fat every time I bulk.

Obviously I’m not a woman. But my wife dabbles in AAS. If there’s anything I could say for certain is start as low as possible and increase dose slowly.

Ex: average dose for var is what you said 20-25 mg a day for a female. Anything about 7.5 for my wife and her voice cracks, and her back will break out. If she had started out at 20 she would have never known her actual threshold.

Our friend @John always points out that we should assume we will respond a certain way to a compound bc everyone else does… this is INFINITELY more true for woman and AAS.

Welcome aboard. Research, research, research. Ask questions don’t just go off of why you’ve heard in the past. As @NeuroRN said everyone responds differently so start slow with gentler compounds. And for god sale TEST EVERYTHING. Don’t go off of reputation, spend the $25 and good luck. Happy to answer any questions you may have. My wife has been training with gear for 5 years. 5-2 130 @11%.
