Glad to have you back bro. Yeah we rebranded as jacked and changed the software but tried to keep the same look.

Congrats on the baby girl. Being a father can be stressful but amazing and worth it.

Best advice I can give is try to maintain balance and sleep. Get yourself something at home for cardio and adjustable dumbbells for days too tired just gotta do something. Don't take anything like tren that can get your mood changed and remember your wife is gonna be going thru hormonal changes so ignore anything negative. I changed my gym time to only when they both go to sleep and easier. I can monitor bedroom from cameras in case of emergency.

Get on Tad600 for your immune system when she's a bit older going around other kids and your immune system is about to be exposed to all sorts of things from other toddlers. My wife and I were constently sick and @Neuro got me on this and changed my life on it. Don't nearly get sick as much and just maybe 1 day of feeling off and back again.

Avoid unnecessary functions. Sleep with a noise machine. Start setting aside savings account for shoes cause I swear it must be genetic or something lol. She's always wanting new shoes. Yesterday she got a couple pairs cause she nnnneeeedddsss them she claims.

Welcome back.

The advice I give all first time parents to include my kids is…

“You’re going to get unsolicited advice from inlaws outlaws grandparents…basically EVERYONE…you have 2 choices… listen politely then tell them to go eff their selves OR listen politely and then go do as you please… it’s your kid… raise her as you see fit… youll get some good advice here and there like TG above but unsolicited advice really pisses me off”.

I’ve got all girls and all granddaughters (2 step sons that aren’t worth much although I’m working on them). Everything that TG said is good.

My addition is explain everything to them as they start crawling and growing up, reserve the dad card (cuz I said so) for the big stuff. Explain the good/bad consequences of everything so they know.

Treat her like your princess. That way the bar is set very high. She will not settle for anything less with other kids and the boys she drags home.
Remember she’s her own little person.

I did like TG does. Either get up really early and go to the gym or during a natural break in the evening when you can get away for a bit. You’ll figure all that out.

Congrats on the new lil one, when it’s time to hold/rock them, walk around - get your steps in and it soothed my 2. Get down on the floor for tummy time etc vs sitting and watching the extra movement can add up or prevent snacking while watching them in their less mobile months.
