Hi all new here and hoping to gain some advice . 44 year old female Irish hitting cardio and weights 5 / 6 days a week. Struggling with weight loss in the last 2 years - varied health reasons now resolved . Food / diet mainly keto. Hoping to gain some knowledge on fat burning stacks within this community

I know a lot of folks like eca stack. Ephedrine (sp) caffeine aspirin.

Sounds like you’re not afraid of hard work with all that training.

How many pounds/kilos of bf are you wanting to lose?

Have you ever been enhanced?

Are you bodybuilding, powerlifting, body recomp or just hitting gym to be the best you that you can be (like most of us)?
 
Just hitting the gym and not enhanced. Seeking to drop roughy 2stone in weight - approx 30lb Piled on due to taking several medications however they are no longer required. Ultimately trying to get to the shape I was as the energy is still there .
 
You’re not lazy for sure. I on the other hand can get that way haha.

There will be some folks chiming in I’m sure. There’s some here that are pretty “up” on the female side of things. I am not although I should be. All daughters and all granddaughters…plus wife number 2.

Maybe start another post under training asking the specific questions. This post will mainly get “welcomes”.

We absolutely do not berate or bully here. Ask lots of questions. Use the magnifying glass up top to search…ask more questions.

First I would make sure you are tracking macros etc and you’re in a deficit. It seems like medication weight gain can be more stubborn for whatever reason so kudos to you for sticking with it.

Inject L-carnitine, 400mg daily. Oral L-carnitine is going to be a waste of money most likely.

Yohimbine is another “natural” aide that actually show some results.

ECA stack is a good one. Make sure you get ephedrine HCL.

Albuterol tabs.
 
I have no experience with what women should take for weight loss. I do know there is a lot of dangerous stuff available though. I do how ever know a lot about losing weight (90lbs total). You might consider just taking a diet brake for a bit then try hitting the weight loss hard after a break.
 
Also, I’m not really sure where you are body fat wise but if you’re 25%+ it should be coming off easy or your not counting calories accurately enough.

If you have access to prescription drugs I’ve heard good things about a new prescription class of drugs called GLP1 agonists. Apparently it just makes you not hungry.
