We’re both fine now just contagious. Energy levels are down a wee bit. Can’t get the same intensity out of my workouts but it’ll come back
 
So far had a the usual protein shake and a banana. Then 2 pieces of toast with peanut butter followed up with Greek yogurt and some cottage cheese.

Hahahahaha. I’m middle aged and afraid of change.

Today no food just coffee water and maybe some broth for dinnner. Fasting today

Gym back and triceps today. May do a little leg work see how sciatic reacts. Hopefully in a good way.
