Good morning boys.I love the participation here on this thread,I’m big on camraderie.I would be happier then a pig in shit if we could get some more participation with @members bring some fresh things to the table,different banter,and if a question comes up as a topic it I would appreciate it being started in its own category.
Breakfast was cheese steak cheese,fuckload a pepper,apple juice,protein shake.Just had another shake. No clue if I’m lifting,my elbows killing me from moving my dad.
 
Got up at 4:00 like usual to get ready for the gym, now as far as a pre workout meal goes, my go to is always a sweet potato with 1 tbsp of peanut butter, an apple an egg whites. Solid push session after coming off test last Sunday. Feeling pretty good going to a TRT dose stayed pretty lean about 15lbs heavier and thinking about what to run next, I’ve seen this thread a couple times and would gladly join in!
 
Can’t afford to live where he was at,he’s suppose to move in with my sister in juns…Hopefully
 
My biggest gains was my very first cycle…i was on 2nd shift and went to the gym every mid morning. I had a big ribeye and sweet tater every single day for lunch for 2 months or so after the gym.
 
Breakfast was 2 cheeseburger slider from 7-11 and a cup of black coffee. Lunch yogurt and tuna. Just found a gym near my jobsite that opens at 5am so I just got done signing up on my lunch break. I think my new physical goal is to get my benchpress back over 300lb. My shoulder is healed up good now and I know what I was doing wrong from a couple years ago. I think I’m going to use the smith machine and dumbbells for the first 4-6 weeks to built some strength back up because I haven’t gone over 250 in a long time. Any tips you guys have I’ll take em. @Dirtnasty , I’m lookin at you bud.
 
Eliefts has a “so you think you can bench series” that is excellent. I believe it’s on youtube. Lots of good info.

First is always the best is what I’ve been told, I like slamming cream of rice and oatmeal with milk and protein powder post workout, easy 300g carbs and 50g protein down the hatch
 
Ha ha.were good bought a house a few months ago.works been slow,lotta hunting but no deer yet,haven’t cycled since june.my desire to lift is low.
