This photo was taken in 1946. The girl is Susan. She is 45 years old. Has two children. Susan never exercises. Sleeps late. Eats whatever she wants. Even drinks beer instead of water.

What does Susan do? Susan has no secret. Susan is the woman in the upper right corner of the photo.........

I'm torn between that lol. @Poppy takes it an I've heard others say no issues. I was wondering if could make fasting easier with a micro dosing or not. @Neuro any ideas?
I mean if your really overweight then it don't matter. No muscle mass right?... But for people like us that want that muscle mass. That would suck balls if true.

That's what I'm worried about. Also wondering if being on cycle or roids all together balance that out.
I packed on every bit of 5 pounds of muscle earlier this year on all platinum gear including gh. Due to health issues I just can’t get too heavy… muscle or fat. That was on 2 mgs of semaglutide a week.

If you pin .5 a week… for maybe 4 weeks then take one or two off… that should give you a little nudge to leanness.

I'm not worried about leanness. I want to do regular 24 hours fast without hunger. I was thinking of maybe .25 or .20 a week but not sure if that was enough. Remembering I need to eat a lot of calories in a small window.

Physically I feel the best on a 24 hour fast regularly but I get hungry still.

Semaglutide doesn’t suppress my hunger. It just makes whatever you eat fill you faster and slows down digestion.

“it takes away muscle mass” because people don’t eat enough. You’re average ozempic user doesn’t have any muscle mass to begin with, they are obese and looking for a quick weight loss. Ozempic shuts down their appetite entirely. They eat 900 cals a day. They get a flat ass and wanna say ozempic ate their muscle.

I do believe tirzeptide will be something every bodybuilder will use year round in vetting degrees in the future. Low dose for massing, helps nutrient partitioning to some degree has other health benefits. Keeps blood sugar low and stable despite GH and high carbs. Minimal appetite suppression. High dose for cutting. Moderate appetite suppression but people can still eat a decent amount. Easier cut. Same health benefits.
