Take in sub 2000 calories…
My typical meal is - 5oz chicken, 3oz of green beans, 4oz of sweet potatoes…
I also have peanut m&ms with coffee as a midday snack, just about every day… hahaha…
I’m not big on the macro thing, keep protein high and keep calories low my goal.
 
No dry joint, only 60mg of winny…
Sleep was really good till I started this tren run. And that only seems to affect me in the last early mornings, waking up at like 3,4,430 type of ordeal.
Noticeable strength, hit 300x2 on the bench a week ago. I don’t normally PR, but felt really good that day. :man_shrugging:t3:
Leg strength has gone up, been taking full advantage of that. 315x10 for 3 sets squats yesterday.
 
Well you mentioned not wanting to dry out your joints, so I’d stay away from WINNY

Cutting is all about your diet just the same as bulking.
The aas just makes it so your able to build muscle in a deficit.
Just keep your hydration up and keep your cals down while having a steady macros setup.
Probably something with high protein and keep carbs to a minimum and fats low.
I would say drop the var because you will get cramped up bad from var so if you were to drop the var you can add a compound that will help with your endurance. Something like albuterol, ephedrine hcl, or clenbuterol.
These will help with your cut and with your endurance and cardio. They will have you in top shape when its time to fight.
I just really believe that weight class athletes should use tbol,winny, and a couple of others but var is great but its great for people who aren’t fighters. I would personally use tbol and build muscle mass and also use the albuterol or ephedrine hcl you can also use the clenbuterol but its not my favorite.
