Good morning all Breakfast was 1 plain bagel,4 HB eggs no yolk,vanilla protein shake blended with 1 package cinnamon brown sugar oatmeal,1 tbl spoon Avacado oil, banana,coffee and water.Hot as fuck,got to work at 7, quitting time 1,sweating profusely already,got a gallon of water with a few packs of Liquid Iv in it.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
Oatmeal and protein

Visiting with my favorite niece and her baby (2yo) today. Drove up In the sticks to see dad yesterday. He’s in good spirits. His career ending injury from vietnam is haunting him. He has problems walking. Come to find out all these years later…he’s still carrying shrapnel around in his upper leg. 80 yo and still cutting his own wood to heat through the winter. My wife had several ahh-ha moments again. “Now I see where you get IT from” stuff.
 
Oatmeal eggs protein shake. Gonna take daughter out for sushi later if she cleans house for me. We made the deal yesterday.

Pinned 2 ml in my own butt with 1.5 inch needle. Since wife’s been in Philippines I have to do it myself. It sucks looking in the mirror everything moves backwards and am not flexible enough to thumb on plunger so have to use finger. Not easy to push oil through a 1.5 inch 25 gauge needle. I mean I am moving all over the place probably making lots of scare tissue. Oh well. She will be back next week hopefully.
 
Today’s workout is going to be delts and traps.
The diet is the same same: 5 protein/oat shakes and 1 food meal of 10 egg whites and 6 rice cakes. Supplements are fish oil, MCT oil, taurine, L-Arginine, multivitamin/mineral/fruit/veggie tabs. Various Nootropics for energy and motivation.
 
Ok am a 46 year old electrician. I played college football then went on to play amateur league soccer until I was 32. Then continued to play pick up games until I was 40. I don’t twist 45 degrees. Hell I don’t think I ever could. Lol
 
1st meal was 4 fried eggs and a plate full of ham. 2nd meal was chocolate milk and P3. 3rd meal 20 chicken nuggets and a large sweet tea. 4th meal is a shake. No training today. Today is beginning of my cycle. Kicking cycle off with Test Cyp 200mg per week and Primo E 200mg per week for 5 weeks. Then 20 weeks of Test Cyp 500mg per week and EQ 800mg per week. Ya this older lady I know inherited a bunch of rentals from her brother and she is executor of estate and she cannot find anyone with any skill set to do anything. Around here all contractors are backlogged so far with work. Anyone available are those who no one will hire. She already had a go round with some of those guys who fucked up everything they touched. She talked to me and I decided to help her out. Real nice lady. Likes my kids. Pays in cash and never questions my prices plus I get to do stuff on the side with my kids and teach them some skills.
