Good morning all. Breakfast was 4 HB eggs no yolk,vanilla shake blended with 1 package of cinnamon brown oatmeal, strawberries and chia seeds,1 plain bagel, coffee and water.scale says 197.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.Tell your wife and kids you love them and appreciate them.
 
Morning buddy. Got a work class this morning. Slept like absolute shite. Will probably come back home and take a nap. Then train in upper in the afternoon.

Started with some egg whites and pancakes this morning.
 
BF #1 - Overnight oat in Soy milk, w/ banana slices
BF #2 - 3 Eggs/3 Egg Whites w/ campfire Bacon pieces
Lunch #1 - Strawberry/Banana 50g protein smoothie
Lunch #2 - Ground Turkey, protein Rice, mix veggies
Snack - Protein Bar
Dinner - (no clue)

Workout For Time:
800 Meter Run
55 Dumbbell Deadlifts 50#
800 Meter Run
55 Dumbbell Bench Press 50#
800 Meter Run
55 Barbell Power Cleans 115#
800 Meter Run
 
Today is cardio only day. I’m going to go for a walk and hopefully see my good friend, the long horn sheep. 🐏 I’ll take melanotan II before my walk and go shirtless to get the tan darker.
Today I think I’ll have 4 protein/oat shakes and 2 food meals with 10 egg whites and salsa plus 2 cups of steamed rice.
 
What the fuck,no carbs,that’s alright buddy I will make up the difference.
 
Thanks to which ever one of you fine mods who gave me my regular back and added the VIP. I haven’t had my Regular tag since the Banned Liar.
 
In office with little to no reception but a ton of work. Going home maybe squatting.
