Good morning all.gym later with bro in law. Breakfast was 5 eggs HB, no yolk,plain bagel,banana,coffee and water. Gonna get pizza for lunch,not sure about dinner.Today im grateful for a break in the heat,was mid 90s last week makes it hard to stay hydrated when working outside.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
Trained some back today. First time in maybe 6 weeks. Not as disappointing as chest yesterday. My right side could barely do half of the left. Today almost equal. Food was egg whites and some granola. Then 2 eggs and more whites with a bagel. Protein shake with a banana. Yogurt and almonds. Dinner will be chicken meatballs and pasta.
 
It hasn’t rained here in weeks. We got several small brush/wildfires.

The bottom dropped out this evening. We got 3 inches of rain in less than 1 n half hours. Full blown thunderstorms. Lost power a couple of times.

We needed it bad.

No rain in my neck of the woods either but it snowed during my vacation in Wyoming lol
