I totally misread your intro, I’m sorry man. At your size you’re in a great place to start putting on some size.

As has been pointed out, even if you had the help to lose the weight, it still took work, which is the same for gaining size, even on gear. I’d say an important thing to do before you start is to get an ides of your exact goals.

How much size do you want to put on? How quick? How much fat is an acceptable amount to put on for you? Each of these, even with gear, effect eachother.

If you want to put on a lot of size super fast, be ok with extra fat.

Less size over a longer period of time? It can be done much cleaner.

Your training and diet are the biggest factors in this. If you take 900 mg of tren and 200 mg of dbol every day and don’t work out enough, or get enough protein (as well as calories in general) even at that insane dose, you won’t get bigger in any meaningful way. Without the training and diet aspect, you wont get anywhere.

If I were you I’d look at both the training and the diet logs for pointers. Im rather partial to chicken breast as its generally cheap and easy, and training wise you have a lot of ways of going about it in terms of what kind if split you’d do, so I’d suggest once again to check the logs and see what you think would work best for you and your schedule.

If you’re new just focus on enjoying your self in the gym. You want to be pulled towards your goals. You’re going to see results and it’s gonna feel great… and I don’t know if this is you but I know a lot of people new to exercise will feel embarrassed or intimidated at first. Fuck all that brother, warms my heart when I see someone who’s new getting after it. Good luck
