facts!! im moving to japan soon so, that might have to wait for awhile tho, but once im back in the states im taking the leap.
 
thank you all, was really surprised by the feedback. i have been lifting for 8 years. from fat to fit and back and forth, my weight 220, height 5’9". im currently enlisted in the navy. so eating a so called “balanced” meal for me is mostly substituting the ships food for protein powder and oatmeal, with some Natty pb. honestly cant wait to be on land to use a real gym. this deployment has been a real struggle
 
I thought that you guys have alot of time to work out and the food can’t be that bad have you ever been locked up?
