following up, im fairly young i am 22. i peaked in highschool as they say lol, i have a little bit of fluff now. but the foundation that me and my coaches built through hisghschool never disappeared. my strength is about the same as it was in high school.

bench. 385
squat 545
deadlift 495

my goals are and have always been the same. i want to f****** compete. i want to be an ifbb pro. thats all i wanted to do in highschool. once i got to the point where i was the biggest guy in highschool , i got a girlfriend and things took a shift as you would think they would, less time in the gym, more time eating out and not being able to track every little macro that i was so accustomed to. those days are over and im back to a normal me, i am back to a great mental state. im ready to move forward maybe considering a cycle. I am not looking to get blasted. I know i am fairly young, and i am also aware of how strict dieting is; that is what everyone knows me best for.

Nice I had similar numbers in high school although never knew deadlift as did do them

yeah we never really practiced the deadlift much. it was mostly just powercleans. i also agree, with what you are saying! honestly i think in 5-6 years or so i may move up depending on how well i progress.

kryptonianfitness is my old instagram account i used for progress when i was in highschool. if i could post the pics i would but i dont have access to my phone where i am now.
this is an older profile that i forgot my login info for, but i was 18 in a majority of those pics. the fluff is real. i need to shed about 30-40 lbs to look like my old self again haha. it will be easy for me when im on land and can really take advantage of cooking again. i typically fall in between the endomorph category, i gain weight very easily and losing weight isnt that difficult as long as i track every little thing i do!

Welcome…slow and steady. The game has changed over the years and in the coming years who knows? ! Bbing and “lifestyle” is ever-changing. I remember when guys would compete in the local, state, junior Nats or Usa then and only then worry about being a pro bber if you smoked the other levels. The USA class winners didn’t turn pro until 1989, I think. Anyway, keep the fire. I’m still waiting to be a Ifbb pro, at 50…because all those bastards that were in better shape for my competitive year’s!!!😁:grin:first thing is to get shredded and win your state show or regional…

@shelldawg young brother do not cap yourself at already peaking. You’re 22 and have many many years in front of you. With those numbers, it’s apparent that you’re not afraid to put in the work. Just put in the work (like you know how to do) and do your due diligence. This site is a great start.

thanks brother i appreciate that. once im back on land im going to get back into the groove of everything, having a gym and the ability to make my own food and track everything will put me right back on track again!
