Good morning boys.Breakfast was 2 plain bagels,4 HB eggs no yolk,R1 protein shake,water,having a coffee now,got rained out on the farm yesterday,so on my way there now to split wood.not lifting today.
 
Good morning or afternoon I guess. First meal of the day is still considered breakfast right? Training chest soon then the usual shake stuff with chicken and rice.
