Damn today was an insane leg day. I’m redoing ares program from john meadows and it’s not for pussys lol. Started off lying leg curls 4 sets of 10 with a drop set then belt squats I did 12 sets. Started with 1 plate for 15 then 1 plate per side (2) for 15 then kept adding 1 plate per side till I got to twelve doing 8 reps each one. On the 12th set I did 7 reps dropped a plate per side did 7 more reps then dropped a plate per side again and did 8 reps holy smokes. Then did 3 sets of 8 Bulgarian split squats with a 10 second iso hold each leg then db stiff leg deads then calves. The pump was insane. Tomorrow should be interesting lol

I had a pretty gnarly leg day as well man! You outsize me and my program is self made but I switched it up so everything was 12-16 reps and finished off with 6 sec negative leg press in the 20-25 range. Pump was something of another world!

I will also add. It’s working. My legs are fried for a day or so but the basic template works for sure.

Yeah I just have exercises that line up well and feel good while still maximizing volume and intensity in an order that prioritizes the weaker section

I’m tired of seeing your legs @PHD, remember back in the day I use to love them,you never have your shirt off…

Missed ya @John maybe one day if I can get my upper body to match my legs lol. Or I’ll post a comp picture
