Damn today was an insane leg day. I’m redoing ares program from john meadows and it’s not for pussys lol. Started off lying leg curls 4 sets of 10 with a drop set then belt squats I did 12 sets. Started with 1 plate for 15 then 1 plate per side (2) for 15 then kept adding 1 plate per side till I got to twelve doing 8 reps each one. On the 12th set I did 7 reps dropped a plate per side did 7 more reps then dropped a plate per side again and did 8 reps holy smokes. Then did 3 sets of 8 Bulgarian split squats with a 10 second iso hold each leg then db stiff leg deads then calves. The pump was insane. Tomorrow should be interesting lol
