We have gotten free samples of “liquid iv” and wife bought a small box of it.

How do you guys implement into your hydration?

I’ve never used it before. Probably need it beings I’m a sweat hog and we’re getting into the real humid part of the summer.

I use a different product but I imagine it is the same I spike all my water with electrolytes even now especially since im training again its hot out and those essentials leave the body quickly.

I use mio sport it has total sugars 0 which is really good

It does have Sucralose and Asesulfame potassium as sweeteners I don’t know if this is any better?

For me it would be… sugars/carbs are no bueno in my world. I can live with the occasional chemical sweetener.

I ate a whole order of fries with my family dinner out last night. Carbs thru the roof… hahaha my version of partying hard!

Hahaha

Well that’s my world. Zero carbs and sugars.

I read where the diet guys to the pro BB’s will allow one diet soda pop a day… due to the zero everything and the “sweet” fix.

I mix it in my gallon jug. Or in one of my 1.5L water bottles at work. It’s really a good idea to be adding some sort of electrolyte/ hydration amplifier in your daily fluid intake.

Nuun is another one.

There’s several different companies out there now.

Just shake it up and drink it!

I use two packets a day. First thing when I wake up and around lunch. I use a third if necessary if it’s super hot at work or using Helios.

I have also used Dr. Bergs. Order it direct from his Amazon store so you don’t get fake stuff. It’s packed with electrolytes and I believe no sugar. My kid don’t like it cause it has a sour taste so I just get liquid iv or else I would stock it.

Here is label @Poppy

Nope, sweeteners doesn’t mess it up at all. I’ve lived on chemical sweetners so long now that when the restaurant brings me real dr pepper or cola it’s wow!

I usually add a pinch more more salt meals in hot time of year.

Salt and vinegar chips too… one serving is 17 chips. I’ve know it by heart… getting old blows hahaha

I’ve used it courtesy of one of them telling me about it
