Hit legs yesterday!

Squats 4 sets of 12 w/275
Leg Press 4 sets of 10 w/12plates
Hack squats 7 sets of 8 with 2 plates

Felt pretty good actually, about 1 min rest between sets
Knees are feeling fine surprisingly today, took note and cut down sodium and pinned my second npp this morning.

Dumbbell bench 3 sets of 10 w/85’s
Incline dumbbell bench 3 sets of 8 w/80’s
Cable crossovers 7 sets of 12. W/40
Close grip bench 3 sets of 8 w/195
Skull crushers 3 sets of 10 w/115
Tricep pushdowns 7 sets of 8 w/170

Insane pumps, was great having a near empty gym!

4 sets of 8 lat pulldowns w/110
Did stones for the first time ever and man did it kick my ass.
4 sets of 5 reps with a 205 pound stone, it may not sound like much but man it kicked my ass!
Ground to shelf chest high then back down.

Went in and did some light arms, I’m sore af from the stones yesterday, I cannot remember the last time my whole body was this sore.
On my 2nd week of NPP and Test, hoping to really feel it kick in, on a side note been hungry, abnormally hungry for me, like teenager hungry.
