Hi.I am a 22 year old guy who is lifetime overweight.Last year on quarantine i dropped from 110 to 95 kilos and i was exercising dayily.I was at the best shape of my life feeling great.Maintained this weight while excercising in the summer and then in the second quarantine which lasted 6 months here everything went downhill.Started eating junk every day and i went back to my old 110 kilos.i work as a cook in a restoraunt for 8-whenever the fck the work ends so i am so tired or just unmotivated to excercise.Looking forward for some tips on dieting with a schedule like that maybe a usefull macro app, maybe a help to help me make a diet plan or something. The problem with me right now is that i have no motivation.I dont have much clue about steroids besides some basic stuff so i would like some links maybe to some posts on this forum talking about complete basics if i ever decided to get on my first cycle.(after making a steady diet ofc.)Thank you for reading would love some criticism on this post since it is my first so i have no idea how people write how people communicate in this kind of forum

First cycle 2021 deep explanations Steroid Cycles and Discussion
I wrote this 6yrs ago im going to update it for 2021 https://get.jackedforums.com/t/first-cycle-with-deep-explanations/154?u=bigmurph FIRST CYCLE 2021 Your first cycle should be a relatively simple and straight forward one, meaning one anabolic compound the necessary ancillaries, and a proper PCT. Do not over complicate this one as test will be the base for all your future cycles. Its good to find out how you react to it alone before you add on extra compounds an using a longer estered test (…

As a recovering fatty, I feel your pain. Welcome to our community!

To do what you want to do to achieve your goals is become a bodybuilder. That’s what I decided to do! So you’re on the right path.

If I could get you one piece of big advice is to focus on the process, not the outcome. Look, I know you want to take off your shirt and have everyone in awe of your physique. I’m in the unfortunate position of sharing with you that this isn’t going to happen for a long time. The difficult reality is that becoming a bodybuilder isn’t easy, but if you think about yourself that way, your actions will follow. It will take a lot of time and hardship, but with the right focus on your training, nutrition and smart steroid use (if you choose to go that path) then you can achieve your goals.

Focus on small goals that are achievable, and learn to manage your training, nutrition and cycles and you will get you to where you want to be in time.

Again, welcome aboard!

Brother you’ve come to the right place. This site is all inclusive and supportive. We actually take pride in helping others without bullying.

The next move is on you. Stick around, read, ask questions.

Welcome bro. I’m on a weight loss journey too. I’m down from 293lbs(132.9kg) to 240lbs(108.8kg) and still trying to get down a little more. I’ve managed to put on a lot of muscle in that time and I feel amazing. Knee pain gone, foot pain gone, I sleep better and rise up better. Diet was hard because I’m working in the trades and was deep in the deli culture of the working man. But I made small changes over a long time and I find those easiest and most effective. Quick weight loss comes back just as fast if you don’t have a sustainable diet. I wish you the best of luck bro.

I got to know th T search bar well before I even made a post on the board
