Hi all.Did traps earlier,forearms later.drinkin a shake now and 3 tbl spoons of Peanut butter.Breakfast was 5 scrambled eggs,3 pieces cinnamon raisin bread(yes homemade)4 fake sausages,water n coffee.
I have no clue what my other meals are gonna be today,except it will be chicken something for dinner.So I been goin on these walks with my dad,he’s doin it for exercise,I’m doin it just cause I like to be outdoors and I bring the dogs,anyways I decided to make the most of it and are gonna do some sprints while there,plus my barrel sized dog could use some more exercise.
