March 15 edition of diets n training

Hi all.Did traps earlier,forearms later.drinkin a shake now and 3 tbl spoons of Peanut butter.Breakfast was 5 scrambled eggs,3 pieces cinnamon raisin bread(yes homemade)4 fake sausages,water n coffee.
I have no clue what my other meals are gonna be today,except it will be chicken something for dinner.So I been goin on these walks with my dad,he’s doin it for exercise,I’m doin it just cause I like to be outdoors and I bring the dogs,anyways I decided to make the most of it and are gonna do some sprints while there,plus my barrel sized dog could use some more exercise.
 
That’s awesome you get to spend time with your pops! Mine wasn’t ever around growing up until about 20. Only time we ever really communicate is if I need my vehicles worked on he has taught me a lot since he’s a mechanic. Hit shoulders and traps this morning. The.man had egg whites, chicken and English muffin
 
Did Back and Biceps earlier. Usual protein shake and fruit. Oatmeal with apples. Drank some egg whites with it. Then chicken and sweet potato follow up with ground beef and rice.

Had to go into office today… not sure about training
 
I just took out the 4 bushes that previous owner put in,can’t figure out what they are,gonna replace it with 3 rose bushes and in between are gonna be gladiolus.They are fuckin beautiful.
 
Normal grub again today. Got labs drawn up and all looks good 8 weeks into prep.
No training today just cardio at the FD
