Good morning.No work today,got rained out.breakfast was 5 HB eggs no yolk,1 bagel,banana n strawberries,10mg halo,10mg of Cialis.Never did tris yesterday so just finished them.Mini meal will be R1 shake,3 tbl spoons 🥜 🧈,a plain bagel.min meal will be the same as the last one.Calamari n flounder rice and a veggie for dinner.
 
Good morning UGM crew. Same food as yesterday. Tomorrow is Friday so I’ll change up the grub. Going to attempt to train shoulders after work.

Just had a rice cake with PB n pre to hit the gym
Shoulder/Tris/traps n ABS

TWO more meals n Dinner for me.
 
Normal grub again. Just prepping my life away.
Arms today which is always fun. Also weigh-in, hopefully dropped a pound or 2
 
Just had my 2nd protein/oat shake and Cialis so it’s time for chest, back, and calves. Cardio later this afternoon. 👍
