Good morning everyone,good day to be alive and grateful.Anyways breakfast was,Raisin Bran,corn muffin,protein shake,coffee and water.Gonna do chest today in a bit,gonna use some inject DBOL/TNE 50mg each and 10mg Cialis,Dont mind using DBOL as a PWO,but that’s it in terms of using it.Hope everyone has a productive day.
 
Had an orange, a cup of diced potatoes, 2 eggs and a half cup of whites. Training back and biceps shortly. Not sure about lunch yet
 
Egg whites 100grams.
8 oz chicken breast.
1/2 cup of oatmeal.

Working out after work today.

400 test C and 200 Tren E per week.
Started last night. Will possibly make a log. Not sure. :man_shrugging:t2:
 
I just made lunch,3 pieces of flounder,17 gram protein each,3 HB eggs no yolk,chic peas in hot sauce.i really am curious as to how I’m gonna do with less carbs,and more protein,usually I use around the same number of each.i find it very difficult to not have at least a little bit of carbs in any given meal or snack.
 
Breakfast was 6 fried eggs, 4 slices of fried bologna, and a chocolate milk. Second Breakfast was a cup of pineapples and strawberries, chocolate milk, and two honey buns. Lunch is two turkey sandwiches on whole wheat, a P3, and muffins. Legs tonight after work. And as of now. I have 6,508 steps in. Which is right at 3 miles so far.
 
I kind of treated myself. I’ve been trying to keep my sodium low because I always take in too much or more than it says I should. My blood pressure is always perfect. But trying to get better with certain things.
 
I love flounder. Never tried striped. Not a fish we see around here not even in markets.

Today I had garlic rice four eggs and a brat for breakfast. Lunch turkey sandwhich probably half pound turkey. Weight is down to 225. Lowest I’ve been since maybe I was 39. I really miss being 39.

Anyways probably keep cutting weight until am ready to start next cycle.
 
I’ve recently just changed up my strategy for this current cycle. Normally I increase my protein (1.5 grams per #) and lower carbs and fats. This time staying around a gram per pound for protein and keeping the carbs a little higher. Fat is a little lower then normal. Basically though I’m consuming most of my carbs to before and after workouts and having the rest of my carbs with the remainder of my meals.
 
Today is going to suck!
NO carbs today. 3 tablespoons of olive oil for my fat for the day not including whatever is in chicken, turkey, cod
Training arms around 2.
Did 30 min interval on bike first thing this morning

I want my protein at 300- 350 so about two grams per pound of body weight,and my carbs like 100 a day,which actually takes effort on my part to stay at a 100.Not once on cycle,or in between cycles since I’ve started using compounds have I kept carbs this low.
 
That’s alot of protein. Couple of years ago I tried to go that high with protein and fucked my kidneys up. Urine was dark and foamy no matter how much fluid I drank. 100 grams of carbs sucks. Sounds like you’re dieting down? I always thought you were already pretty lean
