March 29th training and diets

Keeping carbs low is a chore. A 100 grams a day is getting in my world. I hate it!
 
Yeah I assumed that was a bit high,but we will see.As to the dieting down I didn’t look at it that way,just want to eat healthier,and see how my body responds to different tactics.Also I don’t want to wait til my health is fucked to make the changes I need to.Doin it on my own free will be much easier.
 
Well fuck me already,I’m at 120 already. Maybe 100 on a regular basis,is me just spinning my wheels, fighting a losing battle.
 
I’ve had 3 protein/oat shakes so far today. Going to train biceps, triceps, and delts.
My diet is the same until Friday this week.
I’ll have a pint of fat free cottage cheese with 4 rice cakes after my workout, and 10 egg whites with 4 rice cakes after that, then one more shake before bed.
 
I’m annoyed,why would I think 100 is feasible.You guys have enlighted me.600 it is.
 
Had a great day in gym did chest back and shoulders. Looking forward to coming home to the wife’s lasagna. Well it got all fucked up. When we got home from work she asked me to cook the hamburger while she took a shower so I cooked two pounds burger I salted and pepper it. Then she got done and off to the gym I went. Well I guess while I was at gym she assumed I did not salt it so she salted it again. Yuck yuck yuck. Taste like a sodium bomb. Oh well guess it’s salad and canned tuna tonight.
 
Ha ha.cod,salmon,flounder,tilapia in my freezer been eatin it everyday.
