MY GURANTEE
My Mass JYM™ formula is the first gainer to use a non-proprietary protein blend, a non-proprietary carbohydrate blend, and a non-proprietary fat blend. The 1:1 ratio of protein to carbs works to help optimize lean muscle mass gains while minimizing body fat gain.* Whether you use it as a meal supplement when on the go, or as a muscle gainer, you can be confident that every ingredient in this bottle was selected by me, as I design every JYM product or both myself and the rest of JYM Army.

Okay brothers now that I have a little time to explain my reason or reasons for looking for an optimal mass gainer. Yes I work in a restaurant and yes I have unlimited supply of free food while I’m working…seems like a dream for someone trying to gain mass…right? Until you realize I wake up at 1:00AM eat a good breakfast a a pre workout protein shake and head to the gym. Stay there for about an hour and a half then shower and head to work from there. Get to work between 4-5:00am eat my second breakfast, usually steak and eggs or chicken fried steak and eggs and biscuits and gravy. After that I’m balls to the wall busy dealing with getting things ready for the day dealing with scheduling issues, truck delivery orders and truck deliveries. Employees bullshit so on and so forth…until roughly 3:00pm and all this while running the kitchen and making sure my food I’s going out to the customers looking and tasting top notch. So in order for me to get my proper excess caloric, protein, carbs, macros needs I felt or at least thought a mass gainer was necessary. After work during training for a fight I head straight to the boxing gym 5-6 days a week on off time when no fight is coming up I only go to the boxing gym 3 maybe 4 times a week for 2+3 hours a day just to stay sharp.

I agree with you! You need a mass gainer to get the calories you need without having to sit down for 20 minutes to eat a meal. Im all for gainers!

many supplement companies try to trick the consumer by using ingredients like maltodextrin instead. While maltodextrin is technically a complex carb, in the body it breaks apart very rapidly and spikes blood sugar and insulin levels even faster and higher than sugar does. This allows them to list less sugar (or no sugar) on the product label. The unsuspecting consumer has no idea that the carbs in that product are sugar in disguise.
Supp companies are some shady MF*#$!!!

So glad I read this… I just got a new 10lb bag of mass gainer, I thought I was getting the flu every week or just dying lol. Today my stomach was in knots and I kept wanting to hurl my pre workout up at the gym. Going to stop it and see if I get back to normal.
