Nothing for me got Covid. So I haven’t had much to eat the last few day’s.
Getting better but, still feels like I got run over by a truck.
Chills and fever. And sweating it out.
Good thing I’m in a cut phase. 👍

I tested ky self for covid when I my depression started as I felt physically so bad but home test said no. Hopefully it’s short lived for you
 
Thanks. Been feeling I’ll since Sunday night. Took home test it said positive.
Did a PCR test today will find out what that says.
At least my sickness is considered work related. So workman’s comp will pay for my time out of work.
That’s the only good thing. Just hope it ends soon.

No carb day today so that blows but I get an extra carb load night on Wednesday now so that’s awesome.
Meeting with Evan Thursday night to game plan final 2 weeks.
BF is at 5% on the dot so going to get tough to get leaner now.
Hoping I can make the 176-1/4 middle weight.

That’s awesome! I did 2:36 grace and 1:59 Isabel this was af we years back. No shape for that now
 
Breakfast was 2 slices of cold pizza with a half cup of whites. Had some chicken and rice for lunch and will have shaved steak wrap in a few. Trained some light chest and triceps today
 
Probably close to 8000 today was starving and fick th ey worked the shit out of me today this was the last thing I had after chcicken max and cheese cheeses it’s abs honey bun
