Just finished my workout: biceps, triceps, delts, traps. About to drink my 3rd protein/oat shake.
Then two meals of extra lean ground turkey breast with basmati rice, and another protein/oat shake before bed.
 
Ohhh haha I would assume so. It’s may 24… I’m thinking it shouldn’t snow again. But I thought that two weeks ago.
