Haha that is too fuckin funny. I’m just a regular asshole that has been around a long time and been privileged to have worked with some really fuckin talented people. Happy to share what little I know. I’m always happy when someone can prove me wrong, that means they’ve taken the time to learn more than me. Just like I’m happy when athletes I’m my gym best me. I never want to be the strongest or fastest or smartest, that breads complacency. Always trying to be better
 
First let me welcome you. Second , find a new gym. I literally just posted how I never want to be the stronger, biggest, fastest, smartest athlete. That breeds complacency. Find a gym with bigger stronger athletes. Third, keep an open mind here. Ask questions and share what you know. No one knows it all
 
More info I give upfront less time I waste of y’all’s trying to give detailed suggestions and recommendations
 
You can eat more carbs and fat to put in size your body will only use so much of that protein for building muscle why but more strain on organs by ingesting way more than necessary
 
See. That’s what I’m trying to learn from. I’m just 36 and I have to ice my knees after every squat day and hot pad my back on deadlifts.
