He went to jail because he sold them as supplements not research chemicals. If you sell them as research chemicals, it is less likely you will get in trouble. But I agree @Bigmurph that sarms will be banned in the next couple yearss, even as research chemicals.

Agreed. Very bad precedent. Big government is no bueno. I personally like to make my own decisions about my health and not defer them to a highly politicized if not outright corrupt administrative agency such as the FDA.

I agree with everything especially the fact that the FDA is probably the most corrupt government agency in the usa. The worst part is that there corruption is legal. This is why they need to change so many policies.
