I just started intermittent fasting. Today is Day#3. I just finished legs and cardio fasted. I’m fasting 18 hours with a 6 hour eating window. This would be a good topic to discuss.
I feel a lot better so far; more energy, less lethargic and toxic feeling.
 
I usually only fart in the late afternoon and evening then throughout the night. But two weeks ago I had broccoli and egg whites before the gym, and I noticed there weren’t any hot women near by so I took a chance. Good Lord was it bad!!! It lingered too. That poor guy on the delt machine 5 feet away had to endure it.
 
Hahahaha. I hate that when someone farts in the gym. If I can smell it then someone probably thought I did it. Lol.

I like your idea of topic for discussion. I’ve been feeling lethargic lately. Donating blood yesterday definitely helped but still not feeling bright eyed and bushy tailed yet.
