Ya me too. Son of a bitch!!! I just lost five pounds overnight again. I don’t know what’s going on. I was 148 then 140 then I eat a pound of cheesecake then am 145. Hahahaha. Then yesterday I watch my diet very close then this morning I am at 140 again. WTF!!!

Ya but it’s so easy. I know it’s a liar cause I weigh the same as when I started but I gained 14 pounds of muscle. Which means I lost 14 pounds of fat. And fat takes up a lot more space then muscle does. My goal is that I look similar to
Your build by summer. I have never had that before but with these compounds I can see it’s very possible.
