I learned how to make a double smoked ham yesterday. Gotta cut off all the skin and fat and the meat really sucks up the smoke. Also found a recipe for glaze that is outta this world. @John
Here is the glaze recipe. It would be good on any pork. I substituted pulverized pineapple for the apricot jelly. And cooked it for bout 10 minutes then added corn starch to thicken it.
Much better than the grilled ham and cheese I’m having of course I have left over prime rib becoming shredded beef and potatoes in crock pot and still left over ham
Ammo is a bitch. Gotta be there when the truck pulls in. Stupid panic buying people think the apocalypse is coming. We have a lot of .22 ammo around here. And shot gun ammo. But that’s it. Shelves empty within first hour delivery trucks arrive

I will wipe my ass with a hand towel and clean it like they did in the past and save the money for better things to barter with like food and knives
John has his crossbow I need to get me one also and I won’t have to worry about running out of ammo I will just kill those that have guns and ammo and take that shit.
