I’m also having issues where muscle growth is rushing fast to where I was 9 years ago. The extra weight and water retention is wreaking havoc on my BP now. Each small break I now take from my keto diet I get stronger but at a significant cost to BP. Should I reduce my Test E and HCG? Or just take a lasik for a few weeks while my body adjusts? @Optumpharma any ideas would be helpful. I don’t have access to a sauna at all and don’t sweat as much as I did before.
How has your BP been? Is it back to normal? That sucks to have to deal with that. I wonder if there are other factors that make the gear have that kind of effect. Like family stress or diet. Or can gear just straight up do that kind of shut all by itself?
BP is improving but my resting HR is still 88 or higher. 1 month ago it was 70 so it’s a big change for me. I think it was my back going out and the DECA because everything was normal.
I’m gonna start doing cardio. That always helps my hr go down. I need to do it anyway for cholesterol. I hate cardio though. But am gonna have to suck it up!!
Ok So I cut my Test E to one shot per week and my HCG to 1-2 shots per week. No Deca, wintrol nothing for the moment. I do take arimidex as needed. BP is improving and pulse rate is slowly getting better. My back still has my gym time down to 3 times per week and I can only do maintenance on machine with back support for now. I have been able to add in elliptical for 20 min but just standing in the grocery store is still painful over 30 minutes.
Weight is down a few pounds but changes since I sometimes dont eat for 24-30hrs. This really helps my BP for several days. I’m going to increase cardio as my back heals and hopefuly that will help improve my BP and pulse rates.
Injuries friggin suck!!! Being old is part of it. Damnit Sunny Jim!!!
My hammy decided to act like it was injured a few days ago. Can’t hardly walk on the thing right now and it’s making my leg and foot numb. OP said it’s because I am off the Juice now(cept a real low dose for TRT). And my body is showing me what it would normally do with my workouts. Says I was probably over doing it and didn’t notice.
We will improve day by day. I did find a good combo but may have been pushing to hard in the gym as well. I took my back out this last time in the store lift a case of water at a weird angle.
BP seems to drop at the 12hr mark and other than a few hunger pains I feel okay. I always try to eat low sodium so no change there and sometimes take a water pill if I gained too much water weight.
Alright so I’m still taking it easy in the gym but I’m feeling better in my lower back. It seems that doing a single dose per week for my TRT made me feel better overall.
My blood pressure is 145/85 which is high for me don’t know if that’s considered high for AAS ? But I have not been on anything other than medium does TRT and pro Viren and Cialis for the last 2 1/2 weeks I was doing some research because that seems high for me and it seems that pro Viren can increase the blood pressure also discovered that magnesium gluconate I think that’s what it said Will also soften the artery walls and reduce blood pressure what are your thoughts @vetvso@NeuroRN. I’m going to stop taking the pro Viren for a little while to see what happens I know I am spelling it wrong because I am using the voice recognition on my phone. Should I reduce my pro Viren slowly or stop it all at once
When a guy is running a cycle like the one I have coming up with the EQ and dbol and 700 MG of Tess P and NPP is that going to make my blood pressure higher than normal at what point on a cycle should I be concerned about his blood pressure being too high is there a certain number out for. What I saw on YouTube from a doctor that uses a a S himself he said 190
