My current situation and plan

So I’m back from spending several weeks in Alaska and resting up from working nights. I’m now planning out my workouts to include swimming since it really helped my BP. I was also able to fully test the sauna idea in Alaska and my BP went too low with meds so that seems to be what I need. I’m hoping to swim 5-7 days per week for 30min-1hr since it make me feel so good. I will weight lift 4 days per week assuming I can handle it.

I have until Jan to get back in shape to pass my 200 meter swim test and my 25 meter under water test. I can currently do the 200 meters in about 1hr so plenty of work.

I’m struggling with low carb diet this year and will try to offset with the swimming cal burn.

My son wants me to go on an Antarctica Scientific Dive with my old University/military so I need to Re cert and pass medical. That means no BP issues and only weight loss really helps that.

Damn sounds like a cool trip brother I believe that you can reach your goals just keep moving. The pool is great for you brother best and least harmful to any part of the body. Best cardio in my opinion and that’s alot of swimming.
I bet Alaska is beautiful right now also I bet you had an amazing trip even if it was for work.

On your dive are you guys looking for things melting from the ice? I’ve heard that this is becoming a big thing that people are finding alot melting out of the ice sheets?

It’s been two weeks now with the new swim program. I can now do 40 /25-yard laps with little rest. I don 30 most of the time. My first test will be 200 yards in 12 minutes. Since I can do 250 yards in 15 minutes I think I’m getting close.

Now the 25 yards underwater swim requires much more buoyancy and lung capacity.

I have also been doing 1hr gym sessions this week in the evening with 12 rep min. I only want lean muscle mass and no bulk at all. So am I losing weight no not at all and honestly I still see muscle growth. My diet has been totally crap in my opinion since I packing things up and eating whatever is around.

I have begun a cycle of HCG/Test/Winstrol/DHEA200mg, Pregnenolone 60mg

On a positive note, the arm tendon seems okay but I have not finished my arms this week yet. So it just normal knee and back issues right now.

What do you guys think about 3-5 swims sessions per week as mentioned above. Is this enough to lean me out? Should I run too even though it’s brutal on the knees since that is guaranteed to reduce BF? The reason is too high BF makes you float and that is bad for the test and for the diving. Can be dangerous if I surface too quickly on deeper dives. I guess I could do 48hr fasting in June but I’m not that desperate yet.

I believe that the pool is amazing cardio and a great workout.
I believe that you should keep it going im against running unless its on grass or an elliptical.
If you’re not already you should try intermittent fasting and fasted cardio you can speed up the process in my opinion doing this
