My current situation and plan

That is so strange! Cause if you’re doing 2cc a week you should feel better or at least a little pep in your step.
 
I guess overall I’m stronger but my core bench, deadlifts, leg press are down by 10-15% however my injury prone areas are up by 100%. I’m thinking my sleeping schedule being so bad from work is impacting my ability to use the test properly.
 
I’m thinking that is most likely one of the issues. I also need to get my current hormone number levels just to be sure. Sleep changes are not possible for 11 months but this issue will need to be micromanaged during this transition timeframe. I think you guys confirmed what I was thinking.

I will power through as always and keep everything as tight as possible. I will be adding HCG this week and the HGH by next month. I will have DECA on hand soon but need to formulate a good plan before I start.
 
I’m only running Test E 2ml and winstrol at 25-50 per day depending on sides. I use the winstrol to help recover in injury prone areas. It works well for me. Will be done this week and then adding HCG later in the week and then some Deca next month. I don’t seem to ever get too many sides period but if my nipples ever feel tender I sometimes take a nolvadex.

My sleep was better since I was off and I’m taking my test pin today. I expect a better longer workout. FYI I take my second winstrol 1hr before workout and it boosts my overall endurance for a longer workout. Sometimes the pump is too strong and I just rotate into another muscle group.
 
My diet is decent however my gains did crash when I moved to night shift. I rotate on/off Keto diet this year but 2018 to mid 2019 I stayed Keto the whole time. Sleep is at a premium these days. 2021 I’m moving back to Alaska and will begin training almost full time again as I prepare for diving Re-cert for my Antarctica dive trip. May take up some tournaments again in martial arts. But until then I fight for more sleep.
 
Maybe estrogen might be getting high if there is no Anastrozole or armidex or like??? Just a thought. I was taking 1 mg Anastrozole per week when on TRT and my estrogen was still like 57. Which isn’t terrible but close to being too high. If wasn’t for the Anastrozole would have been high estro
 
I had 10 hrs of Sleep last night and workout was 1.5hrs but I did 3hrs of workouts in half the time. No testing just pure power beast mode. It’s as if all of the test and winstrol hit at once. Hit new maxes on everything and hit limits on any machine used. After back and shoulders day was done I just kept going into my arm workout for next week.

I might even be sore tomorrow and that’s rare these days.
 
Small setup from my back flareup last night. Grabbed water at store at a weird angle. Tonight thanks to @Optumpharma I will start cialis, HCG and arimidex along with my TRT and winstrol (1 week left) then I will need some cycle suggestions for Deca.

Last thing needed is HGH. I now have Deca on hand for a cycle. I’m going to wait a little bit to see other changes first.

I do seem to be loosing my stomach faster again.
 
Hopefully I can get this covid fat back off. My arms always seem out of proportion to me (to big)and fat always goes to my stomach fast. I’m not going to lie being 50 does make it harder but it is doable. Next Sunday’s gym start should be interesting.
