I want to start a little Traininglog on here, to See where I am going.
I Train since I am 16 years old. Had an Injurry at 19 and dient Trained for 6 Months. Now I am Back at Gym At 100%
Its the second day back at gym. I allready gained 2kg and as you See in picture (before 2 Days and today) there is allready little Progress. I now work with a coach and want to male my First competition next year.
