Yes. It’s tricky though. Immediately following surgery, I couldn’t even sit improperly without pain. It’s a lot better now though. Limited to lateral leg press and calves. I’m going to attempt some seated preacher curls this week. Kind of hesitant though.
I get it the self pity thing I was doing shitty work outs for about a month. Week off basically turned into four and the. Injured foot at work just as I was hunkering down again but I’m back in there in everyday fo my program and one. Sometimes life throws us curves and we may strike out but as long as there’s another player appearance we Sloan still hit that home run
