You can do what I do and once a ko that hop in machine for two sets till they cramp and say fuck that haha. I need to be better at abs for alstornger core with powerlifting I’ll stop working them but flexing them when switch over to body building
Well the routine I do I feel them pretty good but I’m just wanting some variety I guess and to switch it up I’m trying to get v line to thicken up more if that’s the right way to word it
I do zero direct ab work that being said just switching the order or adding in some hanging elements like knee raises or leg raises. Let me see if I can find an old ab routing called “magic abs “ for ya
I have been looking at getting the ab wheel and also the ab roller.
I have been doing weighted sit-ups and crunches for along time I believe some of these inexpensive tools can be added in to help the wheel especially.
