Need help with my calves

im sure everyones heard the term prison build. it comes from extended stays in a 9x12 cell where ur limited to badically push ups and dips. only leg exercise really is squats obviously with no weights. ive got a big upper body and broad shoulders my quads are pretty big but my calves suffered over the years. are there any serious calve workouts i can utilize to get myself preportioned again?

ill try that. so far the only thing that really makes them burn is when i do raises on the squat rack. but its like they just wont grow. maybe i should start pinning them every day and get em all knotted up lol
 
My calves grew best doing them Mon, Wed, Fri. Each day I would choose a different calf machine. I would do 9 total sets, 3 sets toes outward, 3 sets toes inward, 3 sets toes straight ahead. Slow controlled reps. None of that bouncing shit. They grew fastest when I was abusing gear with high doses. Just saying, but not recommending high doses.
 
I have predominantly slow twitch muscle fibers. Explosive movements just lead to injuries for me. If you have a lot of fast twitch fibers then explosive style training is best.
