im sure everyones heard the term prison build. it comes from extended stays in a 9x12 cell where ur limited to badically push ups and dips. only leg exercise really is squats obviously with no weights. ive got a big upper body and broad shoulders my quads are pretty big but my calves suffered over the years. are there any serious calve workouts i can utilize to get myself preportioned again?
