Nervous and excited for first cycle

For a compounded pharmacy grade product … that’s a fair price. $12.00 a week for pharma test! Shit that’s less then a Subway meal! Lol

That’s exactly how i do it brother. Doc gets me 100mg a week pharma grade with script. I supplement with UGL.

So basically you cruise with trt, blast for awhile, then go back to just your trt dose? Do you take any extra steps when going back to your trt dose like take an ai?

Yessir

My “cruise” is straight up trt. I’m currently adding in very small doses of primo and proviron for a small cycle.

Blast and cruise doesn’t apply so much to me anymore beings I’m on a lifetime of dr prescribed trt. It’s basically trt or cycle… very small simple cycles. I control most of my goals with diet. As sucky as it is… diet will be the game changer in all this.

I’m old enough as to where I have no more aw craps left. The next aw crap could be the end or at least render me miserable.

No i do not do anything special when going back. Just drop back to 125mg e3d and carry on with my bad self.

Looking back on your experiences if you got a do over, is there anything you would’ve done different?

Brother I think you need to just stick to TRT. read as much as you can on this site. It seems like you would benefit from re-learning your body on trt. The doctor has prescribed it. There’s no reason to ever come off once you start. That’s 2 pins a week for the next 40 years. Trt isn’t something you cycle on and off.

I think you need to step back on make sure this is what you want to do. Your test was already low, if you choose to cycle and pct you may not regain your function.

This is a life long road you’re walking down with trt at 27. I think it’s great. I think you will feel so much better. I just want to make sure you know what’s coming.

Just be patient… results won’t be immediate… 3 months and you’ll start seeing good results if your training and quality food intake is on point…at your age building muscle maturity is key… this takes time. At a trt dosage you should have not problem putting on 10-12 lbs of quality muscle in a year … especially at 28 yrs old.

Oh lord! Thats a big question… hahaha

When I started there was no internet. We just went by the big guy in the gym and a tattered pamphlet we passed around with a handful of compounds and cycles.

Deca durabolin and dbol …D&D was the big thing. Winstrol V…and some others I can’t recall right now. Test was used and the mentality of all of it in my area was if two worked great then ten outta put us were we want. Dudes were walking around with nose bleeds because their bp was so high. Their livers were physically hurting. I was a hyper responder to dbol… I had the worst case of moon face on the planet. My head was huge!! Hahaha as stupid as this might sound… we would reuse syringes. I’ve never shared but I know others that did. Mind you this prior to hiv going full blown.

I didn’t track anything and never heard of pcting. You were either on or off. You could get about anything at the gym.

If I knew then what I know now. I wouldn’t have messed with anything until 30 or so not mid 20’s. I would fight the urge to always be on and pct off… maybe run 2 cycles a year. Go on trt in my late 40’s and do as i am now.

My diet is what got me diabetes. I was warned for over a year maybe two by my doc and didn’t pay attention until it was too late. Between not watching what I ate and drinking in excess (while consuming aas) I have to be very wary of my liver and renal markers. That’ll be forever. I’ll be on diabetic meds forever.

Don’t get me wrong I’m doing great now but a big BUT if I had made different decisions I could be better and maybe less cautious.

@Xoomd

I hope that sheds some light on your question. Keep in mind “low T” wasn’t a mainstream thing back then either. When young men were feeling bad or couldn’t get boners there was no common “fix”.

Why is your natural test so low? Do you drink a lot of alcohol? What is your BF? Do you eat a lot of processed foods or foods with hormones like most store bought meats and milk and eggs? Or do you look for hormone free food? What is your weight and height?

5’11”, 175, 12% body fat. I eat a pretty healthy diet, about 2,000 calories a day, about 150g of protein. Mostly from fish, ground turkey, and chicken. Supplement with fish oil and vitamin D. Exercise 4x a week. No idea why the Test is so low, and can only assume if I lived a different lifestyle it would be super tanked.

Atleast 200g or a gram per pound minimum for protein not telling you just a reccomendation you know your body better than me on cycle I run 300-400g off I shot for 200g +a day

Sounds like your doing everything right. Doesn’t make sense why your test would be so low at your age. This was a TRT clinic? They almost always get low results it’s how they make money. Not all are that way though. I’d be curious to get labs done from your family doc or through an online lab that does it through the mail.
