I don’t follow a specific program, just a split with progressive overload. I lift 3-4 days per week, it’s usually back/tris, chest/bis, and legs/shoulders/traps. I’ll throw in abs randomly but admittedly I don’t train them the way I should haha.
I do about the same thing. Ran a couple programs this last summer Enjoyed the challenge it brings. Did giant sets from a source @Poppy shared with me. Don’t remember what is was. But the volume was insane.
