Not sure if everyone knows by now but orals are no longer capsules. With capsules it is impossible to accurately dose items with a low mg. A size 0 capsule holds on average of 408-816mg volume depending on the type constituents i.e a 10mg dose makes up approximately 2.4% of active on the low end and 1.2% of active on the higher end. We strive for accuracy and that was the main reason for the switch. Our teams outlook is we only list what we are willing to put in our bodies as well.
